Progress of my art between 2020 and 2024 2020 - Have not touched digital art for almost 10 yrs at this point. Values are all over the place sigh. 2021 - Working on anatomy, values, and colour (basically everything lol). Values are still a little bit washed out in hindsight. 2022 - The biggest gain that year was probably getting bolder with different colour palettes. Values look waaay better. 2023 - Worked on composition, but also studied a lot of different artists / art styles. Shifted to doing more things with shapes instead of line art. Also, understanding skin under and overtones was a game changer! 2024 - Trying to incorporate more BG / non-character elements and being comfortable with colour blocking / not relying on line art

Probably still not the most consistent or stable artist out there but it's good to do a progress report once in a while to reflect on my learnings and how far I've come in my art journey!
