I've never really been good at barbell cleans. Today was different.
90 lbs. total in barbell weights + 35-45 lb. bar (dunno the exact weight of the bar, will check next time I go.) That's roughly 125-135 lbs. cleaned.

Proud? Abso-fucking-lutely.
