The only option seems to be in the triple dot of each individual post to “adjust crop” and it can “fit” by adding a white or black background. Its soo cumbersome.

Ugh this is the worst! Just tried it. Adjust preview doesn’t help people who made 2x2 or 3x3 split images in the grid- it only helps the L/R edges, but obvi not the T/B edges.
