My condolences to
1) the kids that have to go to school today
2) the parents that have to wake the kids up & get them to school

Do you know anything about Ayurveda? I used to have trouble combining foods. I could have dairy, I could have sugar, but if I combined dairy & sugar and I would get burning red spots on my face. I worked with an Ayurvedic practitioner to calm my pitta and now I can have it... in moderation
