Recently I convened faith leaders at the First Presbyterian Church of Mesa for a meaningful conversation about how we can best serve and support our neighbors.

As Americans, we mourn for the three service members killed in action in service to this country. Praying hard for those still fighting for their lives.

Speaker Johnson should immediately bring the House back into session.

Then the administration must come to Congress, lay out its strategy and objectives, and seek authorization. That is what this moment requires, and what the Constitution demands.

But the U.S. cannot be dragged into another open-ended foreign war.

Americans know the cost of conflicts with no clear strategy, no defined objectives, and no end in sight, and they do not want to repeat those mistakes.

My thoughts are with all U.S. service members and personnel in harm’s way, and I pray they return home safely.

The Iranian regime has murdered Americans, violently repressed its own people, and fueled instability across the region. No one will mourn its collapse.

I’m proud to introduce legislation to honor his legacy by renaming the post office in the heart of Chandler the “Mayor Coy Payne Memorial Post Office.”

The American people aren’t stupid. They see their bills going up, and they see Trump’s policies are costing them thousands of dollars a year.

Great meeting with ASU student leaders this week to discuss affordability issues on and off campus.

I will keep fighting to lower costs and make education accessible to all Arizonans.

Democrats and Republicans alike must stand united against this coordinated assault on your voice and your vote.

Reports that Trump is drafting an executive order to nationalize elections, built on debunked claims of foreign interference, confirm what many have long feared: this president is willing to ignore the rule of law to cling to power.

Trump, seeking executive power over elections, is urged to declare emergency Activists who say they are in coordination with the White House are circulating a draft executive order that would unlock extraordinary presidential power over voting.

Trump cannot declare an "emergency" to override the Constitution and manipulate American elections.

The Constitution is unambiguous: states run elections, not the the President.

This week, I signed on to two bills which would support Ukrainian efforts to return abducted children to their families and increase the economic pressure on Russia to end the war and withdraw from Ukraine.

We can't lose sight of the human cost — the tens of thousands of Ukrainians killed, the countless women and children who escaped to safety, and the estimated 35,000 children abducted and brought to Russia as prisoners of war.

The United States can and must continue to stand with Ukraine and seek to hold Russia and Putin accountable for their illegal aggression.

This week marks four years since Russia launched its brutal invasion of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian people have shown immense courage and resilience fighting for their neighbors, their country, and their democracy.

Happy 50th anniversary to Little Szechuan!

For five decades, Ted and Swanie Lim have made Little Szechuan a cornerstone of Tempe and a go-to spot for the ASU community. It was a pleasure to present them with a Congressional commendation to celebrate this massive milestone.

I collected over 7,000 public comments about the proposed ICE detention facility in Surprise in under 48 hours.

The community cannot be bypassed. This Administration owes Arizonans answers.

Cindy McCain has spent a lifetime in service to others. I'm grateful for everything she’s done back home in Arizona and for people facing hunger worldwide.
