The thinking that consciousness is possible without a physical body is such an odd and unquestioned default to duality.

A truly amazing app would be one that would show shopping results (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) of only the thing you specifically describe in the search and nothing else.

If it doesn't find it, it returns nothing. That's it. No "you may like"; no sponsored results. That's what AI *should* be doing.

Based on the first two episodes, Chad Powers (Hulu) is so obviously one of those 'movie chopped into episodes' shows. But Hulu is releasing it weekly. That is going to do the show (already borderline enjoyable) no favors.

These are not characters nor a storyline worth waiting for.

When I first heard "Dusty Bibles" by Josiah Queen, I thought the lyric was 'We got dust on our Bibles, brand-new *RIFLES / No wonder why we feel this way". Instead it's *iPhones.

I think the former would have made for a better, more convicting song.

This is a flagrant abuse of the system.
"Extreme" is the highest level alert. And this gets that label just because cops got their egos bruised and are roid raging.

This misused makes people turn off alerts completely because it writes trust in the system.
