This is pretty much why I'm running dual-boot right now. I'm using Linux whenever possible, but some things I just can't get to work right as of yet. 🙃

I wish I could FUCK some power I to my pen on my iPad. Imagine if I could pop off the end and plug in a USB C with fast charging 2.0?
It would be awesome.. but it's also the only thing making sure I get up and look after myself with a break.

I didn't know you're allowed to touch them. A lot of places forbid interacting with wildlife in ways that might accustom/attract them to humans.

My significant otter and I have been doing it for years now, started after we were homeless. Neither of us can stand how expensive haircuts have gotten, especially when all we need is a trim. Gendered prices can die in a fire.

I found the huge boletes at Cedar Park Resort out by Port McNeill. They have cabins to rent and spots for RVs, as well as a disc golf course. It's nice and quiet, and there were many kinds of mushrooms popping up every day while I was there.
Elk Falls near Campbell is also a good spot.
That's the issue for my area... Not many pines around, save for steep mountain sides. It's mostly cedar up on the north island around Port Hardy.
I have found some king boletes, but never before insects already attacked them.

Our populations no longer primarily work on small farms where having 7 kids made sense, like it was for both sides of my grandparents. My parents generation all were educated and had 1-2 kids each.

Omg you found chants (1st pic)? I've yet to find any in my area. I've heard that they're delicious.
I've only found their "winter variety" but I only took pictures and didn't eat them.
What I have been able to forage in abundance is Lamb's quarters/Goosefoot! It grows right along the beach.
