Based on video, the killing of Renee Good seemed (in my opinion) to be voluntary manslaughter. It is plausible that the ICE Agent Jonathan Ross believed he was in danger. But the killing of Alex Pretti is clearly at least 2nd-degree murder. Both were US citizens.
