Have a number order or line up by alphabet... call only a few students at a time.. practice until they can line up correctly and safely. If it is the same student they may need to be further discussions.. I show students a picture of what a line should look like...

#AdaptedPE goal was to “…use positive strategies to support others…”

For a nonverbal student with significant movement limitations I tried something new, a positive remarks choice board.

Student pointed to an appropriate preferred comment w/ a 100% success rate.
