I haven't exercised in a long time, but I did today. I give myself a passing grade.
(I understand I should exercise more often).

I got apples from a friend and steamed them in the microwave. I can put cream on or add chocolate syrup, cinnamon will also suit them. Perfect.

Yesterday I grilled cod marinated with miso. It is a very tasty fish.
There is still some left so I can have it again today. This is great🐟

I'm back to work so the topic that I want to post gradually may decrease. I'm on the deadlines again. I'll do my best.

Bleaching and cleaning the cutting board was what made me happy today.

I went to some art museums in Aomori these days. I was too busy to go to see around museums so I had a good time.

I found two canvases before undercoating and painted them with gesso. It has been a long time since I held a brush.

I start a day by seeing the sea.
Here is a rural place that has only one road and just the sea.
It is worth seeing it over a window cause this is like a painting which shows different colors every day every time.
I can hear the sound of waves.

I am throwing away old, damaged paintings from my parents' house. It is sad to say, but I have found that I am not as attached to them as I thought I was.
It just made me feel nostalgic.

I'll post another comic on X today. Need to think about the title.
It's easy to come up with an idea for the title of paintings but I'm always
struggling with comic titles.

Nice activity makes me feel better and I know what's enough.

I went to Hachinohe and Towada.
Now I'm home.
I had a good time and that's enough.

I need to clean up my stuff tomorrow. Argh too many things.

I find myself listening to the Hazbin Hotel playlist all the time.
I wish I could sing.Some of the songs are way too fast though.
