like as an artist that does shit for others for free fairly regularly i just get so sad. it's such a great way to connect with your community but people only care about what's easy/quick/profitable. it irks me even more if said creator already is an artist or has a team of artists they work with.

ik i bitch a lot about this already but it's so sad seeing channels i used to love just openly use dogshit AI slop for thumbnails/edits/merch when ik for a fact if they just asked their community there's likely dozens of artists willing to work with them for free.

i think i strained my back just a tid because it hurts to twist certain ways, ah well. i also think there's an extra piece of toenail embedded into my toe that i tried to dig out but i'm unsure if i actually got it. i might try to talk to my doc about that and a few other things too.

it's just incredibly frustrating. i'm genuinely trying my best here but every time i'm starting to get the hang of something i get moved around & have to figure out what unwritten rules/special tasks there are & where all the items are in that unit & how to get to that unit.

how am i supposed to know that a resident actually has a nickname that isn't written anywhere so the PSWs are confused about whose name i wrote on a drink? how am i supposed to know what things to put on tea carts etc when it changes per unit & it's not written anywhere?

i'm trying my best to learn everything but when i keep getting moved around to new places & when the info about residents isn't even updated properly idk what they expect. how am i supposed to know that x resident actually died months ago but no one updated the special drinks chart?
