This mutated strain spreads rapidly among mammals, including cattle, and is moving faster than others.

I’m 2 magnesium and one movie deep. I’m surely not more cognizant than him at this point.

He’s settling down. I ask him if he’s okay and realize he’s already back in REM. Will he remember this in the morning? No clue.

I think of all the negative things to be said about social media - of all the terrible people who own them - I thank it for many things. For some of my closest friends. For teaching me of new things. For the ability to be independent financially. For all the terrible, there are droplets of good.

I am so privileged to have two amazing folks who are willing to tell me when they have no idea what happens next, they can’t tell me what to do, but just breathe. Not everyone has that right now, so I will be that for you. Right now your job is to survive. It is to breathe.

She says just go one day at a time. You can’t help everyone. You can’t save everyone. Just find one thing to fix today. She tells me to get off the internet, to find new spaces to exist in, and I can hear my dad in the background adding to what she’s telling me as I just cry and break down.

It’s so easy to feel alone and defeated right now. I called my mom crying, telling her I don’t know what I’m supposed to do, fully in a meltdown, and she says right now you’re not supposed to do anything. Just breathe. She said to me it’s so easy to catastrophize and takes so much energy not to.

it's never too late to assess your skills, strengths, areas of expertise, and where these intersect political issues with the most impact. and to that end, how can you pull closer to your communities and pool your skills and strengths to not just make a broader impact but meet each others' needs?
