So, we need high tax on the super-rich. Tax rate in the US was once 94% on the wealthiest individuals. Returning to that would be a good start.

We need to dismantle neoliberalism and replace it with rule by common people.
That means enforcing laws against buying political power and accepting rule by citizens.
The oligarchs who currently rule hate this idea.
