guys i hate to admit it but mindfulness does work unfortunately. unfortunately that woo woo shit is really good and effective but it accumulates over time and not all at once so it's easy to write off but gang unfortunately i have to report that it is actually good practice

dude my dead name hasn't even been my legal name in like 5 years,,,, I don't even know how they keep putting it on everything. My insurance card has thast name on it and the anxiety of having to explain the different names has kept me from going to the doctor on multiple occasions.

my last SNAP card had my dead name on it, despite that name being nowhere in the system (at least not where I could see/change it). I got a new card yesterday, which I specifically asked to have my actual current name on, and I was told it would have my name on it. It does not. Still dead name.
