I get jumpscared and immediately want to throw up: it's invasive, uncomfortable, and I feel like I'm playing porn on loudspeaker

We are constantly led to believe that gender identiy is so malleable that randos will be instantly transed by the slightest social pressure.

the only thing AI has done for me is make me stop watching short videos because of my paranoia and now it’s actually easier to work. I can stay focused much longer without constantly switching to other things.

If you're interested in books that bring up really difficult themes and emotions, I hope you give this book a shot. God knows I wanted to put it down at so many points, but I'm glad I stuck through it. It gave me a lot to think about.

Just finished reading Half His Age by Jennette McCurdy, and I think it's worth a read. It's raw, disgusting, genuinely unlikeable at times, but I feel like it's important that books like these are made and discussed.
