The DOJ has issues a order that all orders are legal & the personnel are immune from prosecution. Right there is the red flag, the prosecution immunity.

So true! I had a sign over my desk that said, "Sometimes done is better than perfect."

Also, the records were sealed, and Biden didn't have the authority to unilaterally unseal them. Had he requested that the DOJ do so, it would have given the appearance of politicizing the DOJ, something he didn't want to do.

Obama wasn't president during either Epstein arrest. Under Biden, the records were sealed. Biden had no authority to unseal them. Had Biden asked for judicial approval, it would have been seen as politicizing the DOJ which Biden avoided to maintain its independence.

Anyone find this surprising?

The Dems only released 3 emails that focused on Trump. In trying to deflect from that focus on DT, the Republicans were the ones to dump all the others at once, a move that is backfiring, LOL.

Dems are talking about crime. What Epstein and his clients did was among the worst kinds of criminal behavior. Evidently Erickson doesn't think that's the case.

Probably not because the only silver lining in all of this is that re-opening Congress means a vote on releasing the Epstein files. If he were in the files he would have fought to keep the government closed.
