There’s still other stuff locals can do. Take away their drivers licenses. Boot their cars. File criminal charges and require them to show up to court. Keep filing charges on charges. Action IS possible, even without violence.

Help the people, not put barriers for them. ARREST ICE who are not following local laws and regulations, hell with the consequences. But don't let locals be helplessly murdered.

Local authorities (police, national guard, etc) should PROTECT THE PEOPLE FROM ICE, NOT ICE FROM THE PEOPLE. It's ICE who are the belligerent party here, doing the killing and provocations to violence.
