December 19, 2023 at 10:57 december nineteenth last night, i slept with the worst headache. i took one panadol & a few sips of water. today, i woke up multiple times at 3-5 AM & then finally fully awake at 8 AM. i could feel something so off about myself today but i tried to brush it off. however, i found myself feeling anxious & i can sense it building up. i rarely feel this way & i tried to calm myself down but just couldn't. attempting to keep it to myself with hopes that this will settle down soon. get rid of this overwhelming feeling.
