The Constitution is clear: Congress decides on war. When a president uses military force without authorization and Congress stays silent, they are abandoning their role as a co equal branch of government. War is the most serious power our government has. Shame on the U.S. Senate today.

A tyrant is still a tyrant even if the end result of one of his decisions is deemed acceptable. It’s like Mussolini getting the trains to run on time.
