After President Zelenskyy’s talks yesterday in the White House and with European leaders, one thing is absolutely clear: Europe’s solidarity with Ukraine against Russia’s aggression is today more important than ever before.

None of us should put pressure on Zelenskyy when it comes to territorial concessions. We should all put pressure on Russia to stop its aggression. Appeasement never was a road to a just and lasting peace.

If it’s true that the United States bombed an elementary school and killed scores of children it is an unfathomable crime. I have never been more disgusted to be an American.

I remember when ‘Brexit Means Brexit’ became a way for silly people to insist that they supported something they could neither justify nor explain. Obviously the context is very different, but something similar is already happening with the ‘war’ in Iran. And it’s mostly the same people doing it.

So far the war in Iran has cost an estimated $5.5 billion.

That's roughly $1 billion per day.

People do not want this.

They want a living wage. They want healthcare. They want to be able to afford a home. They want their basic needs met.

We are getting reports of pets being left behind, after evacuating.
