It’s difficult. One of the things that has helped me immensely is getting outside - walks, hikes, or just wandering around spaces. There’s actually been times where I wasn’t doing anything that day and I just pulled over and walked through a random field. It felt strangely amazing.

I’ve been playing around with more simple setups recently, mainly as an effort to get out of the computer and the workflow that I got so accustomed to. Here I have just a weird little app and a delay/reverb combo pedal and this is one of the soundscapes I came up with

I’ve had raw caps and processed gummies. The gummies only had muscimol and the caps had all the natural compounds include ibotenic acid (which is what usually causes the nausea). The caps just made me sick and the gummies didn’t do much besides a light delirium. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend
