It's hard to imagine Shonen Jump failing entirely but it feels like they've been struggling to find something huge for a good decade or so

It's mostly a comedy, the mangaka was an assistant on Gintama and is currently doing Witch Watch. Every so often though the comedy would break and there would be an origin story for a character and they were just brutal.
