Don't really know a solution, just bemoaning into the ether

It's crazy to me how many bands in the local scene have to book shows 45-60 minutes away because there aren't enough venues in town

So many great bands & artists in the Toledo/BG area and not enough venues to support them :(

Just started using Bandcamp today and was shocked to see the number of bands I'd never heard of from the Toledo area. Idk if it's something with their algorithm or something but the only bands I recognized were Equipment and DreggTooth

Finally made a bluesky. Gonna follow a bunch of randoms from the scene. If you don't recognize me I'm the guy jumping into the pit alone in Jacobs basement 👋
