A worry has always been that Moyes’ eye for talent and approach to transfers might be on the wane, and that identifying players that all concerned & involved at the club agree on leads to prevarication, and ultimately missed targets…

Optimistic we will learn eventually but, in equal measure, pessimistic that we’ll never learn. For as long as I can remember, our business is always late, and worse, insufficient. Will that change? I thought it would this year, now we’re left picking up/at the crumbs of what’s transfer window…

A complete lack of cohesion, organisation and understanding and, in the 1st half especially, completely passive to Leeds’ aggression.

It is a source of deep and constant frustration that the idea of “getting business done early” always seems to be ignored, especially so this year when it was plainly evident of who was leaving.

Completely agree, and we cannot be held to ransom over the fee and, of course, wage demands. If, as is suggested, the sell on fee is stupidly high, then walk away.

In 4yrs time would we recoup that outlay?
We have a history of signing players with no resale value, so at 19yrs the potential is there…

Attended a Whitecaps recently and my missus enjoyed a beer. My daughter and I decided that the main problem with alcohol in the men’s game would be the lack of bladder control for some! There were some near us in GP who must have missed a good 15mins of each match with all their to-ing & from-ing…

I missed quite a few through my op the radiotherapy, inc Dcl’s header. But I’d miss them again if it meant that I needed treatment. My view is that the treatment is for me,& I also owe to my family & friends too.

It’s easy to stay positive, & lord knows how many people said it to me when I was diagnosed. Every day, every single day, there is something positive to grab & hold on to & build on. Dr’s/staff will play a blinder for you, but you’ll be doing the heavy lifting. Be kind to yourself & crying is good!
