Ah. Yeah. Same people as friends of mine who bought lamb chops (not organic) at a famous "natural" grocery store for the holidays for almost $80/lb. In contrast we used to buy a lamb from a local farm every year, raised sustainably, for $125 including butchering, packing and freezing. 🤷
