In addition to its massive cuts for the nation's poorest residents' health care & food security, the Senate GOP's bill would add $3.3 trillion to the national debt, cut taxes for the richest, and eliminate most climate programs passed as part of the 2022 IRA.

Transit systems DO NOT recover from cuts like this. Riders who lose their service find other ways to get around and do not come back.
