Legislators issue formal complaint to OPI superintendent Superintendent Elsie Arntzen declined to attend committee meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday despite personal invitations.

Yesterday, the Education Interim Budget Committee voted 6-2 to file a formal complaint against the State Superintendent, Elsie Arntzen.

Republicans & Democrats called her out for trying to implement policy counter to the laws passed by the legislature.
