I watched the Tiana's Bayou Adventure POV on Disney + and the finale Tiana animatronic is completely broken down and static in it.

Sounds like the audio is recorded off the ride but I have only watched Tiana. Unrelated but the last Tiana animatronic is completely broken down in the video which is insane.

That is my guess and his head looks too big / rounded which may be due to animatronics having so much crammed into the head now. It must be hard to make a more slender shape with all the components.

Yeah, not all of them are great lol but the video he found of the Dream Machine and color corrected looked amazing.

It is a real shame because his ability to clean up audio and video of old Epcot stuff is amazing. Too bad that quality doesn't match who he is.
