Good morning from a snowy Newcastle. My youngest went to school in shorts again, really embracing her Geordie self.

Today is Trans Day of Remembrance.

As a cis person, I cannot begin to understand what it’s like being trans or the discrimination and prejudice against the existence of trans people.
But I know that by listening to the trans community is the way forward.

Governments must do the same.
