soup for halloween! cheese tortellini soup w impossible meatballs sweet potatoes and swiss cheese ghosts. very yummy

i had leftover pumpkin so i used it for some pumpkin bread skulls. wish i had some pepitas, they’d give a good crunch to them but these will taste awesome anyways

wild rice and mushroom soup! pretty yummy and easy to make but i wish i had a nice crunchy sourdough to go with it

releasing these costume ideas into the wild bc i’m not able to do them myself but i hope someone could create the vision for me

full pair! i have some leftover yarn so i should’ve made them longer but ill use the rest in case i need to darn them. its surprising easy to knit socks so im going to make a lot more especially for holiday gifts. need to figure out how to make a diy sock block/form now

made chicken meatballs w pumpkin coconut curry sauce. i think the sauce cooked down too much, plus not much coconut or pumpkin flavor but still tasty and the meatballs are pretty good

don’t think i’ll remake them anytime soon. not until i have better baking tools. still taste good but i feel embarrassed that they don’t look pretty and ppl at work might make fun of them

tried making choco pb spider cookies but didn’t work out well. the recipe said to put the pb cups on right after they come out but i should’ve known better and let them cool longer bc they starting sliding right off. and the candy melt bag i got for the legs are impossible to use for piping 🤷🏼‍♀️

my first ever knitted sock! AND it fits! but i’ll have to block it so it can have a better stretch and form. took me some time bc i messed up the short rows for the heel but i figured it out. it’s so cute this is going to be my whole personality now

soo cute. already started knitting my first pair of socks and it’s coming out pretty easy since i got the sock circular needles so i don’t have to wrangle dpns or use the magic loop method

first beach trip of the year and likely last before it’s overrun by snowbirds. i saw a sea snake, had tuna pasta salad, and found the littlest dollar ever

maybe i’ll try and go to that yarn festival in salem next year and get stuff there from small dyers/spinners if i ever buy more

entering my knitting socks era. i had plenty of points so i got two free sock skeins and i want to finish this sweater and make socks for holiday presents and trying not to take psychic damage from the tariff tax 😭😭😭 no more yarn for forever not until i use up all my stash

there’s so many baking/cooking wares i want to collect and curate now that im making more strides to finally live in my own, bc i really do love to cook and bake, but man it’s hard to find them at a reasonable price or preferably secondhand in good condition
