Creative Industries Sector Plan This Plan will ensure that the UK is the number one destination worldwide for investment in creativity and innovation and aims to significantly increase investment by 2035.

The government has launched a new ten-year plan to grow the UK creative sector.

Developed in partnership with the CIC, the Creative Industries Sector Plan is part of the government's Industrial Strategy for the nation.

Games industry body UKIE has proposed a new Digital Creativity GCSE to fill demand for skilled workers in the creative sector.

It would sit alongside the Computer Science GCSE, focusing on practical skills such as audio production, visual design & game development.
