Mike attacks with his MP stocked. but this has a negative aspect as he's now outta MP.

after the attack, Mike suffers a panic attack as he has no more MP (mental psyche). he basically becomes a glass cannon for 2 turns.

Mike uses all his Mental Psyche and suffers a panic attack because of mental burnout. this basically makes someone a glass cannon for 2 turns. high offense and low defense.
