Just turned 40 and wondering if I need to do this on my next job search. Most people clock me as closer to 30 based on appearance sooooo

It's wild age discrimination starts so early in our current culture. Nobody stays w/the same co. for decades anymore so why should it matter if someone has decades left of working life or not? If they're good enough you'd want to keep them around that long they'll be gone in 2-5 years anyway 🤨
