This interesting Q1 journal (SJR > 1.2) publishes 15,000+ papers/year. APC: CHF 2900. Avg submission-to-publication time? 40 days. Yes, that includes peer review, revisions, editing β all in a month. This is crazy.
Guess the publisher and Iβll buy you a beer.
Spent nights dreaming about the best journal title for when I eventually found my own.
One that has everything: gravitas, prestige, an indication of excellence, a cheeky amount of ambiguity, and just enough SEO.
Unfortunately, this morning I discovered that it's already taken...

Funny thing β I have another paper on cancel culture at a random Hungarian publisher which was accepted back in 2022, never saw the day of light. 3 years passed haha.
For those criticizing academic knowledge production β incl. me β it is important to remember that there are two sides of the coin.
First D1 but not the last.
I have started my PhD in law researching cancel culture, never published anything in that domain. 3 years later, I picked up the topic again and did a scientometric analysis.

What can public figures say on social media? This is a question that my Colleagues and I were working on with particular attention to the US and EU regulations on social media and free speech.

The manuscript shows great promise and covers an important topic.
However, before it can be accepted, the authors are kindly invited to include and implement the following 20 completely irrelevant papers by a magically gifted author who is, of course, absolutely not me.
I was kind of worried about the second round being slow for this paper I submitted in September. Turns out the reviewers still have a little time to reflect. Anyway, only 522 years to go now.
