The difference to me seems to be the SCOTUS's complete abdication of responsibility and refusal to fulfill their oath to support the Constitution. I expected nothing but cowardice from congress, but I had expected probity from Roberts, at least. I'm quite shocked at his supporting totalitarianism.

She did a good job but stayed too long, which ruined her legacy. She refused to support younger and/or more progressive politicians, which helped to destroy faith in the Democratic party. She continued "politics as usual" and turned off an entire generation of potential voters. History won't be kind
