My only advice for them is to remember they help you focus and stabilize, but you still have to be the one to do them. Some folks treat them like theyll magically start doing things they didnt want to, and no, you have to still organize and do them, but they are Easier to do once you start.

They really are life changing!! They helped me so much get so much more consistent and on top of things!!!

So I've been super swamped with a big move and I thought I could do Both and greatly underestimated how awful moving would be hahah.

Realized I was rushing while trying to cram it and I decided I'd rather take my time and know I did good then rush! Next part will be Aug 18!

Kitty distractions aside, I did in fact get my sketch finished haha! Bit of a doodle showing off a Luke's..... bad habits haha. He has a love for various incense (especially ones that smell like good food~). In some cases he gets a bit too lost in the clouds... and tends to eat said incense XD.

Yeah!! I think that the slow release of fear and the gradual confidence boost of just, loosening up and drawing freely is where 'style' really ends up coming from, how You want to create, unfiltered...

Yessss YEAH!! I really want to get back to doing some fun challenges and studies soon, I have so much fun doing them eeeee.

In a weird way that relief is the same mechanism you feel at the end of a difficult boss in a game like Dark Souls, but of course if beating the boss was as easy as pressing a single button the Game wouldn't be fun...the relief is the reward but that Challenge is fun ;3

Which isn't to say I Always scribble like crazy, just that I can draw at my worst when I choose to, and realize 'quality' exists only in a comparative sense to others.

Being confidently 'bad' is a super power, like hell yeah I can make cool pictures and stick figure scribbles who cares ahahah.

When that happened for me, I found my 'failures' funny and silly, like when you die in a game and then ragdoll around in slapstick fashion and in an instant all fear of a Bad Drawing dissipated Completely.

I think you can see it in my sketching, sometimes I really just scribble with no shame ahaha

There is a Flip that can happen when you realize that the -art- you make can be very serious, but the -act- of creating it doesn't have to be. It can in fact be playful, while still challenging, while still serious.

Like, art growth and skill growth in fields like art just, never really ends. It can go as long and as deep as you want it to, you can just keep making new challenges for yourself Forever. Its awesome...
