When I was in New York in May we got this girl out of a shelter just as she was about to be put to sleep within the next 24 hours.

After months of medical care, fostering and weight loss she just got her happy ever after

Trying to convince my mum to look at me instead of the news today.

The girls did us proud on #FARSOpenDay & pottered around, happy & relaxed, as visitors passed through our barns 🐔🏠❤️

How lucky are we to share our days & lives with these special beings? 🙏

It beggars belief that some consider it OK to enslave & eat these sweet souls 😢
