A piece of me wanted to venture back to my childhood and re-read the HP series. I won’t do it consecutively because I have other books I want to get through, but I will see if I can do it every other book and tie it up by December. We shall see. Oh 5/5 btw. Elementary but captivating.

It has always bothered me that hermoione lied and said she was trying to fight the troll on her own when she was just being a little emo and didn’t get the news to go to the dorms. This is what my mom means when she says “you lie when the truth sounds better”

Okay. 15 books down for the year. 5 left to go. None of This is True by Lisa Jewell was good. Her writing style is a little on the nose, but it’s great if you want an unexpected ending that doesn’t spark your anxiety #booksky

Finally reading James by Percival Everett and whereas it is an important book, it is hard to digest the subject matter. But we should keep reading books that are hard to digest. Someone has to know these stories. This may be fiction, but it is based on a reality none of us have had to live. #booksky

175 pages into The Girls Who Grew Big and I’m so frustrated 😭

Was in a slump for a little under a month, but I’m back. The Girls Who Grew Big by Leila Mottley has caught my attention so far.

I officially finished the Bratz game on switch. Hogwarts Legacy is still yet to be conquered but I’m going to park that and give dreamlight valley a go 😇

I really want to get into gaming but it hasn’t hooked me just yet. The Harry Potter game is good, but I’m a beginner and after a certain level I can’t get past the trolls😭I need something engaging with good storytelling. And I don’t want to make pizza or run a cafe. HELP
