IMHO, all it did was make it affordable/free for some people and attempted to fine people who chose to be self-insured.

Maybe if the city mayors, like in Memphis, would work with the federal authorities, the goals could be accomplished making the cities safer.

And my healthcare premiums have skyrocketed the last 15 years along with the deductibles. For those who can't figure that out, that's bad for the consumer and good for the insurance company.
