I’m excited to share that I am starting work with Paizo working on Pathfinder. For years now it has been a dream of mine to work on Pathfinder and I now get to have the honor of working with Paizo! As a fantasy artist this is such a big step for me and I’m so unbelievably excited to work on this!

Hardest part was training my brain to stop myself from eating when I was just stressed or bored instead of like when I was hungy/actually needed to eat.
So just count your calories calculate how many you use in a day and make sure you're at a deficit most of the time and you'll be doing great!
That and like, more potatoes. Which are the most filling thing ever apparently. So I eat a lot of beans and chicken and potatoes and stuffs, lmao.
And like, seasonings and stuffs dun effect your calorie count. Dun let no weirdo fitness influencers say otherwise :V
Main thing I did was up my fiber intake by like a bajillion. Not like, all at once immediately, that's how you explode your tum. But like gradually introducing more fiber over time is peam.
Not only is it like, extra good for you, it also makes you feel fuller longer so no random hungy snackos.
Lmao REAL! I've lost 50 lbs so far in the past like 6 months, so it's super worth it. I just like, don't cut out my lil treats and stuffs. Or eat a lil less of everything. Like instead of 3 pieces of pizza it's 2, or I get chicky sammies instead of borgor from fast food.
