The Trump EPA will never play along with any of the efforts to slow down and stop the President’s agenda from being fully implemented. These past 200 days have been phenomenal, and the Trump Administration is just getting started.

The One Big Beautiful Bill eliminated the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, which included a $7 billion pot called “Solar for All”.

In some cases, your tax dollars were diluted through up to FOUR pass-through entities, each taking their own cut off the top!

This past week, I announced that the Trump EPA will reconsider the 2009 Obama EPA Endangerment Finding on GHG emissions from mobile sources (specifically vehicles). Media outlets like CNN, the NY Times, and elsewhere keep dishonestly showing their followers imagery of power (cont in reply...)

paint an untruthful picture of what was actually announced. They just can’t help themselves. They know exactly what they are doing falsely, but keep doing it anyways.

Spent the weekend traveling through Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont visiting EPA Superfund sites, meeting with farmers and local leaders, and much more.

There is incredible demand for US natural gas in New England. Constitution Pipeline could deliver it, but New York has for too long blocked access. This is such a no-brainer that would create jobs, lower energy costs, and reduce our reliance on foreign sources of energy.

The Supreme Court in cases like Loper Bright (overturning the Chevron Doctrine), West Virginia v EPA, Michigan v EPA. etc., made it crystal clear that agencies like EPA don’t get to creatively declare our own new laws and assume massive powers where gaps exist in federal statute.
