i promise i’m not experimenting, I’ve literally had two surgeries ahskdl

percocet: my pain is manageable but i SWEAR i’m gonna stroke out at any given moment now

oxycodone: helped but i grew a tolerance to this one so now i’m in pain and GONNA stroke tf out

dilauded: the only one i felt normal with JESUS and i’m not in much pain. goated

my honest opinion of different opioids:

fent: now i’m in pain but half asleep??? i guess, thanks

ketamine: pain gets dulled by 47% for 10 minutes ONLY. now i’m in pain and feel happy asf

morphine: bullshit ass pain killer, i’m still in pain but now sweating bullets Why is it so hot in here

spending my birthday in the hospital in terrible surgical pain fucking sucked

i’m also working out (treadmill only, as doctor permits) to hopefully get back some muscle/strength i’ve lost

2 weeks out the hospital update. i am healing well and doing ok. the nerve damage from the surgery kinda sucks so i gotta get used to new sensations. the pain from both surgeries are still there but it’s way more tolerable

in pain and discomfort, but i’m doing way better than a couple days ago! just trying to keep my spirits high

thank you florrie 🫂 it’s just so crazy how it took this long for doctors to take my problem seriously and ACTUALLY admit me. I’ve been in and out the hospital this entire month and luckily one nurse took me seriously as she has a friend with endo

gonna get transferred to a new hospital soon but overall i am doing ok. the drains i have had lessen the pain and infection by a long shot. it’s just not enough for them to do the endometriosis surgery i originally came here for

hii, i’ve been in the hospital for almost 2 weeks :( currently battling an infection due to my endometriosis which almost shut down my organs… had a couple surgical procedures to lessen the infection but it’s still not shaking off

-people are tired of hearing about it idk. like asking me “how are you” and I’m genuinely just being honest like “well not good, i’m in chronic pain” like if you actually don’t care to know how i’m doing then don’t ask? 😭

my diagnosis is very bitter sweet because yes, i’m glad to know the pain I’m feeling wasn’t just “bad period paid” but an actual chronic disease. but it feels very isolating because idk anyone else who experiences this debilitating pain and i feel like people only have so much empathy before-
