Thank you so much Melissa. I’m venting here because it seems to be the only social I can do this and not have some folks freak out. I’ve been working on myself for a while now and am making some progress. Working on a method to not let so much make me angry or flustered. I take too much to heart.

Stress levels are through the roof. Meditation is not workin. Medication is not working as well as I’d like. Living conditions are ok but not ideal. Even vaping or eating cbd/thc isn’t helping me much. I can’t see going to therapy when every facility contacted only gives 30 minutes per session.

One of these days, when I lose my shit completely, don’t a single person say a damn thing. Not a freaking word.

Just overheard someone say they asked “god” to pick out their next vehicle. Seriously!?!!! I give up on the use of common sense and intelligence.
