Tail for Vortex the raven

Minky top, fleece bottom because I ran out of minky & didn't feel like waiting. First time topstitching anything that isn't pawpads. Wish I had added some flexible plastic boning but it holds up. Not as wrinkly when worn due to curvature. Pattern by me

Finished his handpaws/talons today just in time for Bay Bark Bash 😀 I'm jazzed about how they turned out.

Pattern modified to be elbow length. Fully lined in scuba knit. I don't usually line my paws but these kind of need it due to how they're constructed. I made one at a time because the amount of pieces was a little overwhelming which is why I don't typically make paws like this

I already had white lux teddy I could have used but opted for ivory instead for some reason, thinking it matched the stretch fur just fine lol

Anyway all that's left to do is the second belt strap seam and sewing the leg liner to the legs. Woohoooo.

They have a few flaws that I will go back and fix later; the hoof size/shape, the stuffing zippers sewn on the wrong way (just annoying), and the crotch is stretch fur which is slightly lighter in pics and in the sunlight compared to the rest of the white markings.
