You’re looking at is most likely a Lenticular cloud. It's taking a very elongated, "tube-like" form.
These clouds are often nicknamed "UFO clouds" because of their smooth, saucer-like shapes, but when they stretch out over a landscape like this, they are frequently associated with mountain waves.

That is a shame. Since we are having a lot of snow (and snow still on the ground) we are allowed to burn. So relaxing.

My old guy was just enjoying the sun on a cold Monday morning. Now he is ready for a nap.

I only use one heater and I turn on at night when temps go to 5 degrees or less. My electric bill is going to be off the charts this month.

I am struggling to keep my garage above freezing so pipes do not freeze. Only one more day of this cold and we may get to some better temps. lol 30’s

I don’t know about you, but this has been a very cold winter. Wind chills in eastern PA today is going to be in -20’s.

I flew my drone just to get a couple of views from my house. Snow is beautiful but man is it cold here in Eastern PA.

The beast is still there. I developed bronchitis over the past couple of weeks so work has not progressed. Now snow and cold will hold up the dismemberment.
