theyre so. theyre so graceful about death and grieving and mourning and crying. theyre so full of love for their son. its the first wang xiaoshuai movie i watched. they said many of his movies have this stillness to it. truthfully its heartbreaking

just finished it today. film is so long. their grief gets heavier every scene. theyre so quiet. they dont get mad. they dont shout. they were very happy. they were very sad. they were so lonely. i wish they let it out.
