The Minister’s decision on the District Plan IHP recommendations was only May 2024 for goodness sake. It’s laughable that The Post wants us to forget this absolutely momentous generational game-changer for the city. I’d like to know bigger achievement by a Wgtn Mayor/Council in the last few decades

Of course the problem is there’s a certain type of Wellingtonian (including The Post’s current editors) who put no value on the first 2 things on that list (& who are also a little bit racist/sexist). Whatever my dude, you might not like the achievements but they are still significant achievements
