This week’s #DISstudentproject feature is a 19th century Oliver & Boyd’s object lesson card on ‘Gold’. An example of visual science education in the Victorian classroom.

👀 On the #DISstudentproject here’s a glimpse into a British version of a vintage Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale, complete with PMs, flag colours, and Valentine’s Day trivia. How many did you get right?

A vintage psychology testing kit is open. The blue case includes various testing materials, including a red manual titled "Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale," a spiral-bound booklet showing a drawing of a child in a red coat, toy objects, and tools such as scissors and blocks.

This week’s #DISstudentproject features the Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale by Terman & Merrill. This early psychometric kit offers insight into mid-20th c. intelligence testing through its tools and visual aids!

Last week the #DISstudentproject highlighted the Purdue Pegboard: a classic test of fine motor skills and dexterity! A staple in psychology and neuroscience for decades.
