Going back to reading instead of doing this is honestly the best decision I ever made. I haven't eliminated scrolling entirely but it's very rare now.

I'm currently playing (aka obsessed with) Final Fantasy XIV and it's currently all I play.

In the past I've played things like Destiny and various digital card games which also consumed me.

I'm sure there's a way of doing this without obsessing over one thing but I haven't managed it so far lol

I haven't played Skyrim enough to know what this is but I liked it anyway because I thought it would be fun to find out.
