Tried to make a red wine butter sauce without the butter, used Cornstarch and grape jelly to thicken it (it was still good), both served with maple glazed carrots and risotto. The salmon is resting on top of the rice

4/9/25 - cooking finals, the last of my 1st year of school worth of pictures. Got a steak (probably filet mignon cut) cooked medium rare with sautΓ©ed onions and a herb butter with roasted potatoes and broccoli allemond. I have preventative care only health care through work. I end up getting billed completely out of pocket for my visits and lab work, and once just to walk in the door and be seen. I would just like to go in get the lab work done and not worry how much it's going to set me back when I get the bill.
